In the spring of 162 BC, Yahya Al-Málaga in association with his kin, prominent denizens of Vaelyn, and city-guild representatives gathered for a meeting in the damp and torchlit depths of the then entitled Sultre Halls. Once home to a proud and ancient race of warriors, the Halls had fallen into disuse over the preceding centuries and had become home to vagrants and wanderers of ill-repute. Thinking in the interest of the well-being of the constitution of their city, and thinking in the interest of their collective business ventures and relationships, the gathered Vaelynians chiselled into stone the framework for a coming-together space that would grow to the club today that so many call home.
RELAXATION
Allow yourself to sink into the plush comforts of down-filled silks and cashmere blankets. With a crystal glass of wine in grasp and a hand-rolled cigar lit in the other, allow the serene quiet of the room to sink in and invite you to share in undisturbed beauty. Surrounded by friends and smiling faces, the club is a space for socialisation, imbibing, and liberation from the worries of the day. Within our four walls, no trouble can find you, and whatever poor ilk come knocking at our door will surely be turned away.
COMMUNITYCountless friendships have grown out of the environment of our club. Whether sprouting from laughter shared over the enjoyment of a hookah, or from conversation arising from an inviting and shared space, there are countless opportunities to forge new bonds within this establishment. We hold the dissemination of knowledge, academic discourse, friendly debates, and worldly discussions in high regard, and consider uninterrupted tête-à-tête to be amongst the most auspicious parts of life.
COMMERCE
The club has been inseparably connected to the local community of guilds since its inception. Numerous masters, experts, and journeymen have called themselves members or have enjoyed the benefits of our Halls, and all have found their time here prosperous for themselves and their financial ventures. All words whispered within our walls remain here, hidden forever beneath the dust of our ancient floorboards, and assurances of the utmost discretion are carved directly into the souls of our staff.
