With the Concord of the Elsarian Confederation now open for the realm to see, the Council of Elsar hereby declares a time of celebration is in order for such a historic event.
Within the coming days, all in the realm are invited to take part in a grandiose ball in the Port-City of Manaan, hosted by the court of Elsar.
